Privacy and cookie policy
Privacy is part of a responsible partnership. Here we explain how the GBOX website works and how we process data when you contact 6G Group.
Updated: 12 October 2026
Controller and contact
The controller of personal data on https://sprytniezapakowane.pl is 6G Group sp. z o.o., ul. Pijarska 113/4, 05-530 Góra Kalwaria, Poland, KRS 0000678945, NIP 1231350893, REGON 367151074. GBOX is the product brand presented by 6G Group. For data protection matters, email office@6-g.pl or write to our registered address.
Website and sales enquiries
This website presents GBOX packaging and provides email and telephone links. It does not offer account registration, an online shop or a newsletter subscription. The enquiry builder works locally in your browser: you choose your sector, required volume and model, and may add notes. The website does not send this information to its server or save it in persistent storage. The message preparation button opens your email application with a draft via a mailto link. You decide whether to send that email using your own email service. Selecting a telephone number opens the relevant application on your device.
If you email or call us, we process the identification and contact details, company name and information about your enquiry that you provide. The purposes are to respond, help select packaging and discuss cooperation. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — our legitimate interest in communication and conducting business. Where an individual requests steps before entering into a contract or contact concerns performance of a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR applies. Legal obligations, such as accounting requirements, are fulfilled under Article 6(1)(c) GDPR.
Technical data and security
The server processes IP addresses, request times, requested resource addresses and technical browser and device information to the extent necessary to serve the website, diagnose errors and prevent misuse. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — keeping the website functional and secure.
If the preview version is password protected, the server verifies credentials solely to control access. The password is stored as a hash and access requires an encrypted HTTPS connection. This protection does not create customer accounts or advertising profiles.
Cookies and browser storage
We save your privacy choice in your browser’s local storage (localStorage, gbox-consent-v1) for up to 180 days. This record helps us respect your decision; it is not used for advertising. You can remove it in your browser settings.
Analytics is disabled by default. Accepting and rejecting are equally accessible. Rejecting does not restrict access to products, brochures, the video or contact details. You can change your decision at any time through “Privacy settings” in the footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. Changing the analytics service identifier requires a new choice.
Optional Google Analytics 4
If a Google Analytics 4 identifier has been configured for this website, the Google tag is downloaded only after you voluntarily consent to analytics. Before consent and after rejection, we do not load the tag or send measurement requests to Google. Without a valid service identifier, measurement remains disabled. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(a) GDPR.
Statistics may include pages visited, device and browser type, approximate location and selected interactions, such as viewing a product, opening contact options, comparing models or downloading a brochure. Our custom events do not include telephone numbers, email addresses or correspondence. Page addresses sent by our code do not include query parameters or fragments.
GA4 may set _ga and _ga_* cookies that identify the browser and session. Our website code limits their lifetime to 180 days without extending it on subsequent visits; browsers may shorten this period. We do not enable Google Signals, remarketing or advertising personalisation. Withdrawing consent stops measurement and removes Analytics cookies that can be accessed by the website. It does not remove data previously collected by Google.
For users in the EEA, the service provider is Google Ireland Limited. Data may also be processed outside the EEA, including in the United States, using the data protection mechanisms described by Google. The provider’s documents explain its services and transfers.
Soleil and Adobe Fonts
The Soleil typeface is delivered through Adobe Fonts from the project https://use.typekit.net/sdg7jrj.css. When the page opens, your browser connects to Adobe servers to download the stylesheet and font files. Adobe receives the IP address required to deliver the files and may process information about the font, project and website hostname.
Adobe states that its website font delivery service does not use cookies to serve fonts and does not store the IP address received for delivery. Our legal basis is Article 6(1)(f) GDPR — a consistent, readable presentation of the website. Adobe describes its processing and possible international transfers in its privacy documents. To object, contact office@6-g.pl.
Video, images, brochures and links
The promotional video plays inside this page from files hosted on the website’s server. Images and PDF brochures are also served locally. Viewing them does not require loading a YouTube player or other external tracking tools.
Links to 6G Group, Google services, Adobe policies and other external services lead to websites managed by their respective owners. Their own privacy policies apply once you follow those links.
Recipients and retention
Data may be accessed by hosting, email and IT support providers and, where justified, legal and accounting service providers, as well as public authorities authorised by law. If analytics is active, Google Analytics is also a recipient; Adobe supplies the fonts.
We retain correspondence for as long as needed to handle the matter, then to the extent required by law or necessary to establish, pursue or defend claims until the applicable limitation periods expire. Server logs are retained according to hosting configuration and security needs. Privacy preferences are stored for up to 180 days.
User and event data retention in an active GA4 service depends on its settings and is separate from cookie lifetime. Details of current hosting and analytics settings are available at office@6-g.pl. Where services used for correspondence or website operation involve transfers outside the EEA, appropriate data protection mechanisms apply.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and objection to processing based on legitimate interests. The right to data portability applies in the cases described in Article 20 GDPR. Where processing relies on consent, you can withdraw it at any time.
To exercise your rights, contact office@6-g.pl. You may lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office. Providing data in correspondence is voluntary, but without contact details we may be unable to respond. This website does not make decisions based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produce legal effects or similarly significantly affect you.
Policy updates
We update this policy when the website’s functions, tools or data processing change. The current version and date are available on this page.
